Ryan founded Pennant after 15 years of professional internet media experience, with the goal of creating audience development solutions for brands and creators. He’s been obsessed with web publishing since posting his dorm’s Madden tournament results online in 2001, and his meme skills have been profiled by The Ringer and featured in Wired, Mashable, and the New Yorker. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, two daughters, weimaraner Ernie, and beagle Steven.

Tony spent the last decade writing, editing, creating, and producing content for brands and publishers before joining Pennant Digital as a Managing Partner in 2022. When he’s not online, you might find him at various basketball courts around the greater Boston area, the nearest Greek restaurant, or hanging out with his wife, daughter, and Siberian Husky, Ghost.

A graduate of Illinois State University with her Masters from Emerson College in Boston, Anna has spent the last few years trying her best to create witty content for a number of brands and clients in the sports, entertainment and music industries. When she’s not glued to her phone, she loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters, watch questionable-at-best TV, and explore her new city of Madison, Wisconsin.

Amy is a multidisciplinary designer with over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry. When she’s not obsessing over fonts and color palettes, you’ll find her spending time with her wife and 2 crazy pups, cheering loudly for the Oklahoma City Thunder, and attempting to keep her extensive plant collection alive.

Chelsea is a graduate of Temple University’s film program and has worked as a video professional in the industry for the past 10 years. She is currently based in Philadelphia and loves art, traveling and trying new things.

Max is a Central Jersey-born GW grad who’s spent the last decade in social media marketing for places like MLB, the NBA and SB Nation. He has performed voiceovers for nationwide cable commercials, started his own Seinfeld-themed Instagram account, and loves watching college basketball, going to concerts, and spending time with his wife and son.

Nikki is from the Chicago suburbs and graduated from Marquette University’s College of Communications in 2023. She enjoys fashion, Gen-Z humor, sports, and being chronically online. If she’s not on her phone, she loves cooking, cycling, and choreographing the next TikTok dance.

Hannah is from a small town in Northern California and graduated from Seattle Pacific University in June of 2022. She recently moved to Southwest Florida and now loves spending her free time soaking up the sun on the beach with her dog. She is a coffee fanatic and loves painting when she gets the chance.

Xavier is from Sioux Falls, SD, and graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2020. He currently lives in Minneapolis, where he spends his time wrenching on his fleet of vehicles, discovering new music, watching Seattle Mariners baseball, and film photography.

Brendan has been working in organic social media for 15 years, and paid search and social for 10 years. He teaches yoga on Monday nights, and is currently working on the social experiment of convincing his wife and daughter that all vacations involve surfing.

Adam has over a decade of experience in social media, graphic design, video production, and photography working for SB Nation, the Portland Trail Blazers, and Habitat for Humanity. A graduate of Washington State University, he resides in Portland, Oregon where you’re bound to find him at a concert with his wife or a patio with his dog.

Cale is a Phoenix, AZ native who is set to graduate from Arizona State University in 2024. When he’s not busy being adored by the masses, he spends his time acting in minor motion pictures, doodling on future museum artifacts, and proving intricate theorems far beyond your understanding. He’s most well known for his involvement in the creation of the social media giant, Facebook [citation needed].

Daniel is a Miami native and graduated from Florida International University. When he’s not shooting Polaroids with his SX-70 or checking out the latest builds at car meets, he’s busy trying to convince his wife that an RX-7 is a perfectly reasonable purchase. Meanwhile, every time he fixes something on his Acty kei van, the Prelude decides it’s time for another repair—keeping his hands (and wallet) constantly occupied.

Amy graduated from Central Washington University in 2025 with a BFA in Graphic Design and two minors in Film Production and Art History. One of their proudest moments was having their work awarded at the National College Media Convention. If Amy isn’t creating, then they’re playing video games, vintage shopping, or sampling a new restaurant.
