Ryan founded Pennant after 15 years of professional internet media experience, with the goal of creating audience development solutions for brands and creators. He’s been obsessed with web publishing since posting his dorm’s Madden tournament results online in 2001, and his meme skills have been profiled by The Ringer and featured in Wired, Mashable, and the New Yorker. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, two daughters, weimaraner Ernie, and beagle Steven.

Tony has spent the last decade creating and distributing content for brands spanning sports, entertainment, autos, podcasts, and anything else the internet throws his way. When he’s not online, you can find him at various basketball courts around the greater Boston area.

A graduate of Illinois State University with her Masters from Emerson College in Boston, Anna has spent the last few years trying her best to create witty content for a number of brands and clients in the sports, entertainment and music industries. When she’s not glued to her phone, she loves to spend time with her husband and daughter, watch questionable-at-best TV, and explore her new city of Madison, Wisconsin.

Amy is a multidisciplinary designer with over 15 years of experience in the advertising industry. A graduate of OCU with a BFA in Graphic Design, Amy is driven by design that has a purpose and makes an impact. She currently lives in Oklahoma City, where she spends her free time playing with her crazy pups, illustrating, enjoying craft beers and attempting to keep her extensive plant collection alive.

Chelsea is a graduate of Temple University’s film program and has worked as a video professional in the industry for the past 10 years. She is currently based in Philadelphia and loves art, traveling and trying new things.

Max is a Central Jersey-born GW grad who’s spent the last decade in social media marketing for places like MLB, the NBA and SB Nation. He has performed voiceovers for nationwide cable commercials, started his own Seinfeld-themed Instagram account, and loves watching college basketball, going to concerts, and spending time with his wife and son.

Nikki is from the Chicago suburbs and is a recent graduate of Marquette University’s College of Communications. She enjoys fashion, Gen-Z humor, sports, and being chronically online. If she’s not on her phone, she loves crocheting, cooking, playing basketball, and choreographing the next TikTok dance. 

Hannah is from a small town in Northern California and graduated from Seattle Pacific University in June of 2022. She now resides in Idaho where she spends her time taking her dog to the park, finding the best coffee shops, and painting when she gets the chance. 

Xavier is from Sioux Falls, SD, and graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2020. He currently lives in Minneapolis, where he spends his time wrenching on his fleet of vehicles, discovering new music, watching Seattle Mariners baseball, and film photography.
